Kupang_KlikNTT.COM_Antisipasi virus Corona (Covid-19), Keluarga besar Etnis Tionghoa Kupang (ETIKA) memberikan bantuan berupa Menara Cuci Tangan (MCT) kepada Polda NTT. Upaya ini dilakukan sebagai bukti nyata dalam menghadapi virus Corona (Covid-19).
Menara Cuci Tangan (MCT) ini diserahkan oleh Pengurus ETIKA selanjutnya diterima langsung Kapolda NTT Irjen Pol Drs. Hamidin dan Wakapolda NTT Brigjen Pol Drs. Johni Asadoma, M.Hum serta para pejabat utama Polda NTT di Lapangan Hitam, Mapolda NTT, Senin (13/04/ 2020).
Bantuan berupa Menara Cuci Tangan (MCT) juga dilengkapi dengan sabun pencuci tangan dan tisu. Kemudian MCT tersebut ditempatkan di lingkungan Polda NTT untuk digunakan sebagai sarana cuci tangan Anggota Polda NTT dan Para pengunjung.
Kapolda NTT Irjen Pol Drs. Hamidin mengucapkan Terimakasih yang sebesar-besarnya atas bantuan dan kunjungan dari Bapak-bapak Pengurus ETIKA. Saat ini kita dituntut untuk bersatu dan saling membantu tanpa memandang perbedaan dalam menghadapi musibah global yaitu, bencana virus Corona atau Covid-19″. Hal ini diupayakan agar kita dapat memutus mata rantai penyebaran virus Corona (Covid-19).
Sementara itu, Dr. Hendrik selaku pengurus ETIKA menyampaikan bahwa, tujuan diberikan bantuan sarana cuci tangan berupa satu unit ProfilTank (Tandon air) sebagai wujud kepedulian dari Komunitas ETIKA kepada Pihak Polda NTT.
“Sebanyak satu unit untuk membantu Kepolisian dalam rangka Penanggulangan Covid-19 dan pemberian bantuan ini juga kita berikan kepada jajaran Polres Kupang Kota serta instansi Sipil maupun Rumah Sakit dan Puskesmas yang ada di Kota Kupang”, ujar Dr.Hendrik.
