Ende_KlikNTT.com Bupati Ende, Djafar Ahmad membuka kegiatan Pelatihan Manajemen Pengelola Koperasi/KUD Dan Pelatihan Manajemen Kewirausahaan Di Kabupaten Ende.
Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di aula pertemuan wisma Emaus jln Diponegoro, kelurahan Onekore, kecamatan Ende Tengah, kabupaten Ende-NTT. (06/07/2020).
Bupati Ende, Djafar Ahmad dalam sambutanya menyampaikan Pembinaan manajemen dan kewirausahaan menjadi penting dan harus dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan serta secara komprehensif agar memberikan manfaat positif bagi koperasi dan pelaku UKM.
Lemahnya pengelolaan koperasi dan UKM tergambar dari lemahnya kemampuan pengelolaan administrasi organisasi, administrasi keuangan maupun pengelolaan usaha koperasi
” Lemahnya pengelolaan koperasi sehingga berdampak pada terhambatnya pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan pengembangan koperasi ke arah yang lebih baik.”, ungkapnya.
Pembinaan manajemen dan kewirausahaan akan menjadi penting dan harus dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan serta secara komprehensif agar memberikan manfaat positif bagi koperasi dan pelaku UKM.
Ia juga meminta kepada pengelola koperasi dan UKM untuk benar-benar melihat potensi-potensi unggulan yang mempunyai peluang dan mampu bersaing dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi masyarakat.
Kepala Dinas Koperasi Kabupaten Ende, Efraim Diakon mengatakan kegiatan hari ini terkait dengan Pelatihan Manajemen Pengelola Koperasi/KUD Dan Pelatihan Manajemen Kewirausahaan Di Kabupaten Ende kepada 90 peserta pengelola koperasi.
” Pelatihan ini koperasi akan mampu menjadi kekuatan ekonomi yang tangguh, apabila memiliki organisasi dan manajemen serta pengelolaan keuangan yang sehat dan mandiri”, katanya.
Dengan adanya pelatihan ini pelatihan ini dapat mengembangkan wawasan dan ilmu yang didapatnya dalam melakukan kegiatan usahanya dan meningkatkan kemampuan wirausaha bagi para UKM serta menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas kreatif sebagai bekal dalam berwirausaha serta membangun jejaring bisnis dan menciptakan wirausaha pemula.
Selain itu, dapat menciptakan lapangan usaha bagi mereka yang membutuhkan pekerjaan serta menciptakan dan menerapkan cara kerja dan teknologi maju dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan oleh koperasi tentang sistem manajemen koperasi baik dan benar.
Dikatakannya pengelolaan koperasi dan UKM belum seluruhnya karena berbagai kendala dan hambatan dan keterbatasan salah satu diantaranya adalah masih rendahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknis di bidang kewirausahaan dan pengelolaan koperasi untuk mengelola sumber daya dan potensi yang dimiliki.
Ia berharap kepada peserta pelatihan agar teta mengikuti pelatihan ini sampai selesai sehingga dapat bermanfaat untuk para peserta nantinya.
