Labuan Bajo_KlikNTT.Com_Kejaksaan Tinggi Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) menetapkan sebanyak 17 tersangka dalam kasus tanah Keranga yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Labuan Bajo, Kabupaten Manggarai Barat.Hal ini disampaikan oleh, Muhamad Ilham Samuda SH MH, asisten bidang pidsus Kejati NTT.
” Hari ini kita telah menetapkan tersangka sebanyak 17 orang, dan direncanakan langsung di bawah ke Kupang.termasuk Bupati juga sudah kami tetapkan sebagai tersangka.”, ujarnya kepada para awak media di depan kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Labuan Bajo, pada, Kamis (14/1/2021).
Selain menjerat Bupati Manggarai Barat, Agustinus CH Dula, juga terlibat beberapa nama pejabat besar, yakni Mantan Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Manggarai Barat Andi Rizki Nur Cahya dari partai PPP, Pemilik Hotel CF Komodo dan Cahaya Adrian hotel, Veronika Syukur, Kasipem Kabupaten Mabar Ambrosius Sukur, Kabag Kesra Mabar Abdullah Nur. Terdapat pula warga Labuan Bajo yakni Sukri, Ente Puasa, Dai Kayus, Mahmud Nip, Theresia Koroh, Afrizal alias Unyil, dan seorang warga Italia, Masimiliano.
Dari pantauan Klik NTT.com. Setelah melakukan pemeriksaan, tim penyidik langsung bergerak menuju ke Bandara Komodo Labuan Bajo, dengan membawa 9 orang Tersangka, yakni Andi Rizki Nur Cahya, Kasipem Mabar Ambrosius Sukur, Kabag Kesra Mabar Abdullah Nur, Sukri, Ente Puasa, Dai Kayus, Mahmud Nip, Theresia Koroh, dan Masimiliano.
Ke sembilan tersangka tersebut, di ketahui langsung di berangkatkan ke Kupang, dengan menggunakan Pesawat penumpang, Wings Air. Sementara itu Bupati Manggarai Barat, Agustinus CH Dula tidak langsung ditahan, dikarenakan menunggu surat dari Mendagri. Serta salah satu tersangka yakni Veronika Syukur juga tidak ditahan di karenakan sedang menjalani perawatan karena terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19.
Diketahui juga, satu tersangka atas nama Afrizal alias Unyil sedang dalam proses pencarian Tim Penyidik Kejati NTT.
