Ia menguraikan bahwa sangat disayangkan dengan sikap Pemerintah Kabupaten Kupang.
Pasalnya, tanah tersebut di serahkan ke mantan Kapolda NTT, Jeki Ully yang saat itu menjabat sebagai Kapolda NTT pada Tahun 2002.
Dengan berjalannya waktu, berkat perjuangan Pak Jeki Ully dan Thomas Fanggidae sehingga Polres Kupang didirikan.
Sementara melewati proses kelengkapan Administrasi tanah tersebut hingga dikeluarkannya sertifkat atas nama Pemerintah Kabupaten Kupang. Hal tersebut merupakan satu pelanggaran hukum.
“Ini kan sesuatu yang sangat tidak baik. Karena sertifikat itu di keluarkan tapi ph nya di mana. Kita yang serahkan tanah itu ko kita tidak disertai. Patut di pertanyakan, masa sertifikatnya bukan atas nama polres kupang tapi atas nama pemkab kupang, ini satu pelanggaran hukum. Ada apa? Ko saya tidak tau”, jelas Tofan sapaan akrabnya.
Ia manambahkan bahwa tanah tersebut sebenarnya belum memiliki sertifikat. Walaupun memiliki sertifikat, sertifikat itu harus atas nama Polres Kupang, bukan atas nama Pemkab Kupang. Yang di mana sudah penyerahan sertifikat ke pihak Polres Kupang.
“Kalau seperti ini kan pemerintah diaanggap caplok tanah masyarakat. Masa sertifikat patut di duga belum Pelepasan Hak ko tiba-tiba ada sertifikat. Aneh namanya”, tegasnya singkat.
Mantan Kepala Bidang Pemanfaatan Pemindatanganan, dan Pengamanan Aset Pemerintah Kabupaten Kupang kepada media ini ketika di mintai tanggapan Kamis, (22/09/22) siang di Civic Center Oelamasi mengatakan bahwa tanah tersebut sudah di serahkan ke Polres Kupang, namun sertifikat untuk sementara atas nama Pemda Kabupaten Kupang dan sekarang masih sementara proses untuk balik nama atas nama Polres Kupang.
“Tapi kalau untuk informasi sebelum memang tanah itu sudah di serahkan ke polres kupang, sertifikat atas nama pemda, dan akan di serahkan ke polres kupang untuk balik nama. Informasi jelasnya nanti di Ibu rima sa atau anis baba, karena mereka yang punya wewenang”, pungkasnya singkat.
Kepala BPKAD melalui Bidang Pemanfaatan Pemindatanganan, dan Pengamanan Aset Pemerintah Kabupaten Kupang, Johanis Baba kepada media ini melalui telphone selularnya Kamis, (22/09/22) siang ketika ingin di wawancarai tidak mau memberikan tanggapan.
