Demikian hal ini diungkapkan Kapolres Kupang, AKBP FX Irwan Arianto, SIK, MH didampingi Kasat Reskrim Iptu Lufthi D. Aditya, S.TK, SIK, MH serta Kapolsek Kupang Tengah, Ipda I Nyoman Gurina Mariana S.H., M.H kepada awak media saat Konferensi Perss di Mako Polres Kupang, Selasa, (29/11/22) siang.
Kapolres Kupang menguraikan bahwa tersangka Daniel Robo He alias Nafas melakukan penikaman hingga mengakibatkan Aldi Yizhar Asrikam Wadu, umur 18 Tahun (korban) meninggal dunia dan Reynaldi Nabuasa (korban) saat ini menjalani perawatan medis di RSUD Naibonat Kupang.
Kejadian ini berawal saat pelaku Nafas bersama lima temannya menghadiri acara pernikahan pada hari Kamis 24 November 2022 di rumah Yakob A. D. Uly yang beralamat Kampung Sabu Rt:01/Rw:01, Kelurahan Merdeka, Kecamatan Kupang Timur, Kabupaten Kupang.
Pelaku bersama Teman-temannya masih mengikuti acara bebas sambil mengkonsumsi Minuman Keras (Miras) lokal jenis sopi.
Usai mengikuti acara tersebut, sekitar pukul 02:30 wita Jumat 25 November 2022, Pelaku bersama Teman-temannya pamit pulang saat dini hari, namun pelaku melihat dua temannya bernama Arman Ully dan Ardi Radja dikeroyok orang tidak dikenal.
Pelaku lalu berlari ke tempat parkir dan mengambil sebilah pisau di dalam jok sepeda motornya. Ia menyisipkan pisau tersebut di pinggang kanan, kemudian kembali ke tempat pengeroyokan.
Setelah tibanya di lokasi, Pelaku langsung di keroyok oleh para korban dan Teman-temannya hingga terjatuh lalu di tendang, dipukul, dan di injak-injak.
Kemudian Pelaku bangun langsung mengayunkan pisau secara membabi buta hingga mengenai 2 Orang itu.
“Tapi pelaku langsung dikeroyok para korban dan teman-temannya hingga terjatuh ke tanah, lalu ditendang, dipukul, dan diinjak-injak. Dia bangun langsung menikam secara membabi buta hingga mengenai dua orang”, jelas FX Irwan.
Lebih lanjut, pelaku mengalami luka memar dan lebam pada pelipis bagian kanan, kepala luka dan harus dijahit akibat pengeroyokan tersebut. Tapi pelaku tidak membuat laporan polisi karena mengaku tidak mengetahui secara jelas pelaku pengeroyokan.
“Saya tidak tanda mereka, saat ini saya siap menjalani hukuman yang ada,” ujar Nafas saat diwawancarai.
Barang bukti yang diamankan, antara lain sebilah pisau dan sarungnya, pakaian pelaku, pakaian korban, dan satu sepeda motor Zusuki Spin berwarna biru.
“Sehingga dari alat bukti surat atau visum ed repertum, barang bukti dan petunjuk gelar perkara, kita telah menetapkan pelaku yang di duga keras melakukan tindak pidana penganiayaan yang mengakibatkan orang meninggal dunia, maka pelaku dijerat pasal 338 subsider pasal 351 ayat 2 dan 3 KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman 15 tahun penjara”, beber FX Irwan.
