Rakernis yang digelar sehari diakhir tahun 2022 ini dengan tema “Meningkatkan Pengetahuan dan Kemampuan Penyidik Dalam Menindaklanjuti tindak kriminalitas yang terjadi di wilayah Hukum Polres Kupang”.
Di hadapan peserta Rakernis dan seluruh Pejabat utama Polres Kupang yang hadir, Ia menekankan beberapa point penting masalah Penyelidikan dan Penyidikan yang harus dipahami oleh Anggota Reskrim guna meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
Orang nomor satu di Polres Kupang ini menekankan adanya transparansi dalam melakukan penyidikan suatu perkara demi menjamin kepastian hukum kepada Masyarakat yang datang melapor.

Diakhir arahannya, Kapolres meminta agar Anggota Polres Kupang wajib menghindari Perbuatan-perbuatan yang dapat mencoreng nama baik institusi.
