Hal ini diungkapkan Kapolres Kupang, AKBP FX Irwan Arianto, SIK, MH didampingi Kasat Reskrim Iptu Lufthi D. Aditya, S.TK, SIK, MH, Senin 13/02/2023 di Mako Polres Kupang saat Konferensi Pers.
AKBP FX Irwan Arianto mengatakan bahwa berkaitan dengan kasus ini merupakan kasus lama sejak Tahun 2021 lalu. Namun atas kerja baik tim Satreskrim Polres Kupang, akhirnya Tsk di ringkus.
Kasus ini berawal dari Tsk AN. Herculana Meni alias Herliani Manek menggunakan Aplikasi Brimo. Tsk awalnya mentransfer sejumlah uang ke rekening Korban An. Reni S. Nunuhitu tetapi jumlah uang yang di transfer berbeda dengan bukti screen shot transaksi fiktif yang Tsk tunjukan kepada Korban.
Seperti yang terjadi waktu itu, Tsk menunjukan screen shot kepada korban bukti transaksi fiktif ke rekening korban melalui aplikasi Brimo berjumlah Rp. 4.000.000,00 (Empat Juta Rupiah) namun yang masuk ke rekening Korban berjumlah Rp. 4.000.00 (Empat Ribu Rupiah).
“Jadi tersangka ini membuat bukti transfer fiktif bukan melalui menu transfer melainkan menggunakan menu catatan belanja yang ada pada aplikasi brimo. Sehingga merasa ke enakan, tersangka terus melakukan hal yang sama setiap melakukan aksi penipuan pada toko milik korban”, jelas Kapolres Kupang.
Lebih lanjut, Tsk ini melakukan aksi penipuan selama Empat kali tetapi waktu atau jamnya berbeda-beda dan uang yang keluar di mana Korban merasa dirugikan itu puluan juta rupiah, yakni mulai dari tanggal 2 April, 5, 7, dan tanggal 9 April Tahun 2021. Sehingga setelah melihat Print Out rekening korban, saat itu Tsk berdalih bahwa hal ini dilakukan hanya untuk mencoba jaringan sebelum melakukan transaksi pada toko milik Korban.
Adapun Barang Bukti (BB) yang di sita yaitu, 1 buah Digital Vidio Recorder merk:Alhua Tecnologi, 2 buah Adaptor, Rekening Koran/Laporan transaksi Bank BRI dengan Norek. 467701024691533 An. Teni S. Nunuhitu dengan periode transaksi 01 April 2021 sampai 12 April 2021, dan 1 buah sim card telkomsel no: 082299845818.
Sehingga pasal yang di terapkan kepada Tsk yakni, pasal 378 KUHP tentang PENIPUAN dan menhalankan masa tahanan paling lambat Empat Tahun Penjara. (Boy)
